Andrius Janukonis is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of City Service SE.

In 2004, he worked as a consultant to UAB “ICOR” and has since served as Chairman of the Board of the company.

From 2009 to 2015, he was Chairman of the Board of AB “City Service”.

Gintautas Jaugielavičius is a Member of the Supervisory Board of City Service SE.

Artūras Gudelis has worked within the ICOR group since 2006 and has served as Chairman of the Management Board of City Service SE since 2017. From 2015 to 2017, he was a Member of the Supervisory Board.

He performs the functions of the Chairman of the Management Board, ensures efficient organisation of the Board’s activities, oversees implementation of strategic decisions, coordinates Board activities, and contributes to the development and execution of the Company’s long-term strategy. He ensures sustainable development, transparency, and responsible management in the interests of shareholders and investors.

Vytautas Turonis has worked within the Group since 2004, initially as Head of the Market Development Department, later holding various managerial positions. Since 2017, he has been a Member of the Board of City Service SE and is responsible for the Baltic countries.

He oversees strategic and operational management in Lithuania and Latvia, including operational planning and execution, financial performance supervision, budget control, operational efficiency improvement, risk management, compliance, and sustainability.

Mindaugas Genys has worked within the Group since 2007. He began as a Project Manager, later served as Head of the Klaipėda Region and led the Multi-Apartment Building Administration Department. Since 2023, he has been CEO of the “Mano BŪSTAS” group, and since 2025 – a Member of the Board of City Service SE.

He is responsible for the strategic and operational management of “Mano BŪSTAS,” including operational planning and implementation, service quality and efficiency, financial results supervision, budget control, process improvement, team coordination, and long-term value creation.

Tomas Sujeta has worked within the Group since 2006. He started as a Manager and later became Director of City Service Engineering. Since 2025, he has been a Member of the Management Board of City Service SE.

He is responsible for commercial segment buildings, overseeing engineering operations, technical solution quality, service efficiency, and technological advancement. His responsibilities include operational planning, team coordination, process improvement, and long-term value creation for clients.

Aistė Cikanaitė-Jankauskė has worked within the Group for 21 years and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of City Service SE. She has extensive experience in legal affairs, operational management, and building maintenance services. Since 2025, she has been a Member of the Board of City Service SE.

She is responsible for legal, human resources, procurement, real estate, and fleet management functions across the Group, as well as strengthening internal processes, increasing organizational maturity, and ensuring sustainable growth.

Giedrius Jakubauskas joined the City Service SE group in 2025 as Group Chief Financial Officer and has extensive experience in financial management. He has worked in companies in the building maintenance sector and in corporate groups such as AB “Achema Group,” “KIKA Group,” and others. Since 2025, he has been a Member of the Board of City Service SE.

He is responsible for overall financial management of the Group, including financial planning and control, budgeting, accounting organisation, and ensuring efficient financial processes across all jurisdictions.
