City Service recommenced investing in Spain by procuring Jenasa, the company, providing administration services to Madrid’s apartment building owners’ communities. The investment amounted to one million euros.
The Supervisory Board of City Service SE elected Ignas Krasauskas as a new Management Board member.
Purpose of new management structure. On 26 June 2017, the Supervisory Board of City Service SE (hereinafter, the Company) adopted a resolution regarding a new management structure of the Company and approved City Service SE Regulations of the Management Board.
There was noticed two mistakes in investor's calendar for 2017. According to Estonian law and common practice of City Service SE (hereafter – Company), Companies quarterly financial reports should be submitted within two months after the end of the reporting quarter. Reports always are submitted on the last working day after the end of two month period.
